INTRODUCTION: Mid-Rivers Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (MRTC) is seeking qualified General Contractors for the construction of a new office building in Glendive, Montana.
Owner intends to competitively bid this project as a single General Contract and receive bids from a maximum of five interested General Contractors. Bidding will be open to sub-contractors acceptable to both the General Contractor and the Owner.
This RFQ shall not commit the Owner to enter into any agreement and the Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses received as a result of this RFQ if it is in the Owner's best interest to do so.
PROJECT BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: Project is a new two story wood-frame building with about 5,500 s. f. on each floor being located at the corner of Benham Street and Meade Ave. in downtown Glendive, Montana. URBAN TRANSPORTATION
DISTRICT BUDGET NOTICE
The Board of Trustees of the Urban Transportation District of Dawson County, Montana, City of Glendive has completed the final budget for the fiscal year 2010-2011 and the budget is on file and open for inspection in the office of the District at the Urban Transportation District Bus Barn at 511 East Slocum Street, Glendive, MT.
The Board of Trustees will meet in their office in the Bus Barn on Wednesday, at 5:15 p.m., September 8, 2010 for the purpose of fixing the final budget at which time any taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against any part of said budget.
Such hearing shall be concluded and terminated and the budget finally approved and adopted on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. After budgets are set, levies will be fixed.

Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is accepting public comment on a proposal to acquire, through donation, 160 acres of privately owned land within Makoshika State Park. A copy of the Environmental Assessment describing the proposed project and evaluating the impacts of the acquisition is available at he Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, Region 7 Headquarters, P.O.
