What's in the paper -City looks at Wastewater plant savings options

The City of Glendive is going to move forward with “value engineering” negotiations with the low bidder for the city’s new wastewater treatment plant.

The city council’s Finance, Utilities, Property and Recreation Committee made the decision to do so, rather than rebid the project, on Wednesday.
